To the manager,
On Monday, May 17th, we held a funeral luncheon at Rockefeller’s. I had arranged for 35, however it turned out 54 showed for the lunch. Your staff handled the extra crowd with grace and a “No problem” attitude. They set up extra tables and made sure there was enough food for all (in fact, I took some home). I especially want to commend the server who took care of, her name was Lori, she was cheerful and very responsive to any request. It was a great pleasure working with your staff. It’s quite obvious you place great store on customer-service. Thank you again from my whole family and friends.
