The Struggle is Real
I am sure you’ve noticed that we are out of items some days or that we have to shut an entire kitchen section down. You may see we aren’t taking online orders or that when you call you are told we aren’t able to accommodate takeouts right now. It’s not everyday, but it is more often than we’d prefer. Our kitchen is extremely short staffed. There are days we have only 2 cooks trying to cook for the entire bar, restaurant, maybe a banquet, takeout, etc, so something has to give.
On days we are short staffed and EVERY SUNDAY we are going to switch to the limited menu below. ONLY these items will be available. We are doing our best to stay open through these staffing issues. If you have your heart set on something specific, please call ahead and see if it is available. If we are running the limited menu, please do not be rude with the servers/hosts whose job it is to simply inform you.
We are currently hiring for one host, one server with weekend availability, and as many cooks as we can get. Please stop in to apply, or share this on social media.
